This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are issued for purchases made through getleaktrace.com. All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your financial institution.
If your completed report contains no findings beyond what was shown in your preview, you are entitled to a full refund. Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your Report ID and we will process the refund promptly.
Refunds are also available in the following circumstances:
To request a refund under any of these circumstances, contact [email protected] within 7 days of the charge with your order details and a description of the issue.
Monthly and annual monitoring subscriptions are billed in advance.
Refunds on subscriptions are available only in cases of duplicate charge or billing error as described in Section 2.
If your full forensic audit report delivers no findings beyond what appeared in your intelligence brief, you are entitled to a full refund of your audit fee. No forms, no process — we review and issue the refund within 2 business days.

The same terms as Section 3 apply to business monitoring subscriptions. No refunds are issued for the current billing period. Cancellation prevents future renewal only.
