Guided Remediation

Every Finding Resolved.
One Session.

Every HIGH and CRITICAL finding from your forensic audit gets remediated by a specialist — DNS hardening, DMARC/SPF/DKIM configuration, credential exposure response, MFA rollout guidance, open port closure, security header deployment. You grant temporary platform access, our specialist executes the technical fixes independently, then walks you through the items only you can handle. Every remediation is documented in a post-session risk assessment summary.

Session Protocol

How It Works

Four steps from audit findings to verified remediation. No ambiguity, no handoffs, no waiting.

01
We review your audit findings together

Your specialist walks through every HIGH and CRITICAL finding from your forensic audit, prioritizing remediations by risk severity and implementation complexity.

02
Your specialist remediates independently

You grant temporary platform access via each system's built-in invitation tools. Your specialist works independently over 24-48 hours to fix DNS records, email authentication, security headers, SSL configuration, and close exposed ports.

03
Guided follow-up for your action items

On a follow-up call, your specialist shows you what was fixed and walks you step-by-step through the items only you can handle — changing compromised passwords, enabling 2FA, revoking old API keys. You then revoke all platform access granted in Step 2.

04
Risk assessment and Certificate issued

Your specialist provides a post-session risk assessment documenting every remediation performed, what was changed, and your improved security posture.

Trust Architecture

Built Around Your Control

Your systems. Your control. Always.

We never ask for your passwords. You grant temporary access by adding our specialist as a team member through each platform's built-in invitation system. You retain full control, full visibility, and can revoke access at any time. All access is revoked at the end of the session.

Fully documented remediation

Every action taken during your session is documented — what was found, what was changed, and the before/after state of each finding. Your completion summary serves as a formal record of remediation for your team, auditors, or insurers.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a forensic audit before booking a Fix Session?
Yes. Fix Sessions are built around the findings from a LeakTrace Forensic Audit. The audit identifies every vulnerability, scores it by severity, and maps it to specific remediation actions. Your specialist uses that audit as the session blueprint — without it, there is no prioritized remediation plan to execute against.
How long does a typical session take?
The kickoff call takes approximately 30 minutes. Your specialist then works independently over 24-48 hours to execute all technical remediations. The follow-up call takes another 30 minutes to walk you through your action items. Your total time commitment is approximately 1 hour across two calls.
Will your specialist need access to my systems?
No. You grant temporary access by adding our specialist as a team member on each platform (DNS, email admin, etc.) through that platform's built-in invitation system. We never ask for passwords, and you can revoke access at any time. All access is revoked at the end of the engagement.
How quickly can I schedule a session after booking?
Most sessions are scheduled within 24 hours of booking. Extended clients receive priority scheduling and are typically booked within the same business day. After payment, you will receive a scheduling confirmation email with available time slots. Sessions are conducted via secure video call and can be scheduled during North American business hours, Monday through Friday.
